In the years of the communist regime, the provision of basic household appliances such as a washing machine, refrigerator or television was possible only through authorizations which were periodically distributed in the work centers. This is because the production, for example, of television receivers (actually only the assembly) was done according to plan, and therefore the distribution was like that. It is understood that in the Cambodia Telegram Number Data distribution of authorizations, the leaders of the work centers tried to maintain some internal balance between the workers organized in the ranks of the ALP and those who are not members of it, the production workers (otherwise "working class") and the administration (otherwise "bureaucracy"), young employees and those on the verge of retirement, etc. However, there is no lack of dissatisfaction and fun in the distribution of authorizations to be equipped with a television. The distribution of authorizations was done on the eve of holidays such as New Year's Eve, Liberation Day, May 1, etc. This happened once in the State University of Tirana, Secretary of the ALP Committee in the 70s of the last century was Comrade Deko Rusi, a well-known and respected character of the time. The Caldaist of the University, as the personification of the "working class", even though he had applied for authorization, came out empty-handed and very revolted knocking on the door of the secretary of the ALP Committee of the University.
